Client Space

Each Slatter Law client has a secure area on this website (referred to as the “Client Space“), which can be accessed from any computer, iPhone, Blackberry, or similar device with an internet connection.  The web-based client space provides a secure and centralized repository for a consolidated view of all the client’s legal data and content.

The online law office developed for Slatter Law provides its clients with the same secure protections that you get when banking online.  Primary communications with clients are done through this website using SSL protocol, which is the most secure method of transmitting information over the Internet.  Therefore, you can be assured that our services are trustworthy, private and secure.

All data or information sent through the client’s page is encrypted and is 100% secure.  Additionally, all payments are processed by Cardhold Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processors, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers.

Clients can register and receive their own Client Space to:

  • purchase legal documents bundled with legal advice
  • purchase legal advice and counsel (by phone or secure email)
  • purchase legal document review service
  • purchase membership in the preventive law program (for small businesses only)
  • ask a question to determine if legal services are needed

Our process is simple: ask for legal services and receive a fixed price for legal documents, advice or other legal services provided by Kerry Slatter, an attorney licensed to practice in Georgia. You know upfront what it will cost. If you agree to the price for the requested service, you will need to register on the website, pay for service and complete the questionaire (if applicable). I will contact you with your customized legal document or appropriate legal advice. It’s that simple.

Slatter Law will provide its clients with cost-effective and efficient, limited legal services pertaining either to Georgia law or for Georgia residents.  Limited legal services are often referred to as “unbundled” legal services.  This means that I provide only a limited scope of legal services as requested and purchased by you.  My relationship with you will not exceed the limited scope of work we have agreed to perform on your behalf.
